Which Minecraft schematic formats can the viewer open?

The viewer opens .litematic (Litematica), .schem (WorldEdit / Sponge), .schematic (legacy MCEdit), .nbt (Java structure blocks), .bp (Axiom blueprints), and .mcstructure (Bedrock structure blocks).

Do I need to install anything?

No. The viewer runs entirely in your browser — no download, no extension, no Minecraft install required.

Are my schematic files uploaded to a server?

No. Files are read and rendered locally in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to Bloxelizer's servers.

Can I view schematics that use modded blocks?

Yes. Import the mod .jar in the Mods panel and the viewer will render its blocks with their real textures alongside vanilla blocks.

Can I open a schematic from a URL?

Yes. Use the URL field in the sidebar, or open the page with a ?url=… query parameter pointing at the file.

Is the schematic viewer free?

Yes. The Bloxelizer schematic viewer is a free web tool with no account required.

Can I convert the schematic to another format after viewing it?

Yes. Use Bloxelizer's Converter to convert between .litematic, .schem, .nbt, .bp, and .mcstructure with the same browser-based engine.

What's the difference between .litematic and .schem?

.litematic is the format used by the Litematica mod for schematic overlays and pixel-perfect building guides. .schem is the newer Sponge/WorldEdit format used by servers and plugins. Both store block data and NBT, but .litematic supports multiple regions and per-block metadata that .schem does not. Bloxelizer converts freely between them.

Does the viewer work on mobile?

Yes. The viewer runs on mobile browsers with a touch-optimized layout — drop or paste a file, pinch to zoom, and swipe to orbit. WebGL2 is required, so any modern iOS Safari or Android Chrome build works.

How large a schematic can I open?

The viewer handles builds up to several million blocks. Very large builds automatically switch to optimized rendering so layer-by-layer scrubbing stays responsive.

Can I share a link that opens my build for someone else?

Yes. Upload the schematic somewhere it's publicly reachable and share https://bloxelizer.com/viewer?url= . The viewer fetches the file and renders it locally — nothing hits Bloxelizer's servers.
