Refund policy
This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be available for purchases made on https://bloxelizer.com (the "Services"). It applies alongside our Terms of Service. By making a purchase you confirm you have read and accepted both documents.
Definitions
Capitalised terms used in this Policy have the following meanings. They have the same meaning whether used in singular or plural form.
- Bloxelizer, We, Us, or Our refers to the operator of https://bloxelizer.com.
- You means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Services or making an Order.
- Services means the website, products, creator tools, uploads, the Bloxelizer Platform API, the Cloud Converter, and other online services we provide.
- Order means any purchase you make on the Services, including a Credit Pack purchase or a Subscription sign-up.
- Credits and Credit Pack mean the prepaid API-credit balance and the bundles we offer for purchase (such as the "sm", "md", and "lg" packs).
- Subscription means a recurring, paid plan such as Plus or Creator.
- Digital Content means the credits, generated outputs, downloads, subscription-gated features, and any other digital products supplied through the Services.
What you can buy
Two kinds of purchases are available on Bloxelizer:
- Subscriptions (such as Plus and Creator) — a recurring fee that unlocks subscription-gated features.
- API credit packs — a one-time prepaid balance used to pay for jobs run through the Cloud Converter and the Bloxelizer Platform API.
API credit purchases
API credits are digital goods that are delivered to your account immediately on successful payment. Once delivered they are generally non-refundable, except in the circumstances described below.
- Failed jobs are automatically refunded in credits. If a job fails server-side for reasons not attributable to your input (for example, an internal error during rendering), the full credit cost of that job is returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.
- Used credits. Credits that have already been consumed by a successfully submitted job are not refundable, even if the output is not what you expected. We recommend reviewing the credit cost shown in the quote before submitting.
- Unused credits. Unused credits do not expire and remain on your account. We do not offer cash refunds for unused credit balances on request, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law (see below).
- Duplicate or accidental purchases. If you accidentally purchased the wrong pack or were charged more than once for the same purchase, email us within 14 days at bloxelizer@gmail.com and we will review the case.
- Beta features. The Cloud Converter and Platform API are currently in beta. If a credit-paid feature becomes unavailable for an extended period during beta, we may, at our discretion, return the affected credits to your balance or issue a partial refund. Reach out by email if this happens.
Subscription purchases
Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period and are generally non-refundable for the current period. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; your access continues until the end of the current period and no further charges are made. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
Your right of cancellation and digital-content waiver
Under the laws of certain jurisdictions (for example, the United Kingdom and the European Union), consumers may have a statutory right to cancel a distance contract for digital content within 14 days of the Order, without giving a reason.
Because Credits and other Digital Content are delivered to your account immediately on payment, we ask you to expressly consent to immediate supply and to acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of cancellation as soon as supply begins. The waiver is captured at checkout: before completing your purchase, you tick a box confirming that:
- You agree that We may deliver the Digital Content to your account immediately on successful payment; and
- You acknowledge that, by giving this consent, you lose your statutory 14-day right of cancellation in respect of that Digital Content.
Without this waiver, we cannot deliver Credits or other immediate Digital Content. If you do not wish to give the waiver, do not complete the Order.
Where you have not yet used the relevant Digital Content (for example, you bought a Credit Pack but no credits have been consumed) and a non-waivable statutory cancellation right applies to you, you may still exercise that right within the applicable statutory window by contacting us as described in "How to request a refund" below.
Chargebacks and disputes
We ask that you contact us before filing a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most issues can be resolved directly and faster. If a chargeback is filed, we may, at our discretion, suspend the associated account, freeze the remaining credit balance, and revoke active API keys while the dispute is reviewed.
Account termination
If we terminate or suspend your account for a breach of our Terms of Service or for unlawful conduct, any unused credit balance and any unused portion of a paid subscription may be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
How to request a refund
For any refund question, email bloxelizer@gmail.com from the address registered to your Bloxelizer account. Please include the approximate purchase date, the pack or subscription involved, and a short description of the issue.
We aim to process approved refund requests within 14 days of the day we receive your request. Refunds are returned through the same payment method used for the original Order via Stripe, and you will not incur any fees from us for the reimbursement (your bank or card issuer may take a further few business days to credit the amount to your statement).
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country or region. Where a statutory refund right applies and cannot be disclaimed, that right prevails over the provisions of this policy.
