New to Java world?

A full world with the build already in it. Unzip the download, move the folder into your saves, and it shows up in singleplayer. Nothing to install.

What you need

  • Minecraft Java Edition

  • Anything that unzips files

  • Your .minecraft/saves folder

What is Java world?

A Minecraft world is really just a folder of files. Bloxelizer makes that folder for you with the build already placed, so you drop it into your saves and play.

How to use a Java world export

01

Export the world

Pick “java.world” in Bloxelizer and download the zip.

02

Unzip it

Unzip the download and find the folder with level.dat inside it.

03

Move it and play

Put that folder in .minecraft/saves, start Minecraft, and the world will be in your singleplayer list.

When to use it

Pick a Java world to walk around the build straight away, share a map with friends, or skip installing WorldEdit or Litematica.

Things to watch out for

Unzip the download first. The folder with level.dat inside it is the one that goes in saves. Opening a world in a newer Minecraft can change it for good, so keep a copy.

Useful tips

Watch for a double folder

World missing? You probably have a folder inside a folder. level.dat has to be one level below saves.

Copy it before updating

Once you open a world in a newer Minecraft you often cannot go back, so keep a backup.
