I have made some changes from the previous design due to slow carry propagation and sum. The main changes that made this possible were removing the final torch from my XOR gate and converting it to an XNOR gate. For the carry, this is then directly combined with the inverted carry in, in a NAND gate (carry NAND). This step is where the two-tick carry propagation occurs. Then the last component of the carry comes from the XNOR gate, which has already computed the AND of both A and B inputs; this is then directly ORed with the carry NAND output.

For the sum, a second XNOR gate is used. Wired with the output from the first XNOR and the carry input (which had to be un-inverted). This gives a sum speed of 4 ticks.

I have been able to tile this adder with a one-block gap between each adder. I will upload a schematic file for this on my minmev(RUBENHILLIER).

I have built a compact 1-bit ripple full adder; the dimensions are 5 wide by 8 tall with a depth of 2. I was able to make this very small thanks to my XOR gate, which is 4x2x4 and on my Reddit.

I stacked two of my XOR gates on top of each other, and for the carry-out, I used the fact that both XOR gates already have a torch that works when both inputs are on; I simply ORed these signals together.

I have managed to place inputs A and B on the base and the carry-out on the side. So this can be stacked on in front of the other with a 1-block gap and one extra block on the side to accommodate the extra wiring. This allows the carry-in and carry-out to be on the same side.

V1.2 iterates on my last design (V1.1) by reducing the width from 6 to 5 blocks, bringing the totalbounding-box volume from 96 to 80. This design also reduces the tick count on the carry input to 4 redstone ticks.

This is done in Java Edition.

This is a duper that comes with an unbundler. a lava bucket must go in the dispenser on the bottom that is also the closest to the edge. For specifics on the duper use this video:"https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bU7Hp0Q2gMg"

This contraption unbundles items (do what you will with that information). Put a lava bucket in the right most dispenser BEFORE building the white side.
