The .schem and Java world formats

A Sponge .schem stores one region of Java block states for WorldEdit and FAWE — data to paste, not a playable save. A Minecraft Java world is a folder of region (.mca) files and a level.dat. The conversion writes the schematic into a fresh Java world folder, delivered as a .zip, so it loads as its own singleplayer save.
