Convert .schem to .mcworld

Turn a WorldEdit or Sponge schematic into a Bedrock world you can load and explore. Bloxelizer reads the .schem palette, maps the blocks to Bedrock, and prepares a world archive. The file downloads as a .mcworld you can open directly to import it into Minecraft Bedrock.

The .schem and .mcworld formats

A Sponge .schem stores a single region of Java namespaced block states for WorldEdit and FAWE — data to paste, not a playable save. A .mcworld is a zipped Bedrock Edition world with a LevelDB block store and level.dat that Minecraft imports as its own save. The conversion maps each Java block to its nearest Bedrock counterpart and writes the schematic into a new Bedrock world.

How to convert .schem to .mcworld

01

Upload your .schem file in the converter below.

02

Check the Bedrock block mapping in the 3D or layer preview.

03

Keep .mcworld selected and download the world, then import it in Minecraft Bedrock.

When to use this conversion

Use this route to open a Java schematic as a standalone Bedrock save on a phone, console, or Windows, without WorldEdit or a structure-block import.

Compatibility notes

Java and Bedrock differ on some blocks and states, so edition-exclusive blocks fall back to the closest Bedrock match. The build is placed in a generated world; check the 3D preview before exporting.
