Convert .stl to .litematic

Build a CAD or printable model block by block. Bloxelizer voxelizes your .stl in the browser and exports a .litematic, so Litematica can show the shape as a hologram and count the blocks you need.

The .stl and .litematic formats

An .stl file is a list of triangles and nothing else — the format 3D printers and CAD exporters use, with no notion of colour or material. A .litematic is a Litematica schematic: block-state regions plus the metadata the mod needs to draw an in-world hologram and a material list. Converting voxelizes the triangle mesh into blocks and writes them into Litematica's region-and-palette layout.

How to convert .stl to .litematic

01

Upload your .stl file in the converter below.

02

Choose the build size and the block palette in the preview panel, then apply.

03

Pick .litematic as the export format and download the schematic.

When to use this conversion

Best when you want to construct the model by hand in survival — the hologram makes an abstract shape followable, and the material list tells you how much of the chosen block to gather.

Compatibility notes

Because .stl has no colour data, the material list will consist of whatever palette you select in the preview panel. Litematica is a Java Edition Fabric mod, so the export targets Java blocks.
